Gaza, July 06 (QNA) - Two Palestinians were killed, and others were wounded in an Israeli airstrike in southern Gaza on Monday.
Medical sources reported that two people were killed and others were wounded in an Israeli bombing that targeted a tent sheltering displaced people near Roni Street in the Al Mawasi area of Khan Younis, in southern Gaza.
Earlier today, four Palestinians were killed in airstrikes and shelling by the Israeli army on an apartment building in Gaza City and a civilian vehicle in Khan Younis, in the southern Gaza Strip.
The death toll from the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 73,098 martyrs and 173,571 wounded since the start of the offensive on Oct. 7, 2023.
The ceasefire agreement between Hamas and Israel came into effect in October, following the withdrawal of the occupation army from its positions and populated areas in the Gaza Strip, and the beginning of the return of displaced persons to the northern part of the Strip.
This was part of the first phase of US President Donald Trump's initiative to end the war on Gaza. (QNA)
