Israeli Occupation Forces Advance Deeper into Syria's Daraa
Damascus, July 03 (QNA) - An Israeli military patrol pushed deeper into the western countryside of Syria's Daraa province on Friday, according to local sources.
The sources said the patrol, consisting of three military vehicles, moved into the Wadi Al Raqad area in the Yarmouk Basin during the morning. No injuries were reported.
The reported incursion comes amid repeated Israeli operations in southern Syria, which Damascus says violate the 1974 Disengagement Agreement governing the ceasefire line between the two countries.
The Syrian government has repeatedly called on the international community to intervene to halt Israeli incursions and to press Israel to withdraw fully from Syrian territory. (QNA)
