Ankara, July 28 (QNA) - Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has emphasized that Turkiye is committed to the security and stability of Iraq, stating that his country is ready to undertake everything it considers amenable to supporting Iraq.

Speaking during a press conference alongside the Iraqi Prime Minister during his visit to Ankara, Erdogan said Iraq is among the nations that have been affected by escalation and instability.

Iraqi security and stability can't be separated from the security of Turkiye and its internal situation, Erdogan added, remarking that he discussed with the Iraqi premier regional developments, particularly those pertaining to Iran, Syria, and Palestine.

For his part, the Iraqi premier asserted that Iraq and Turkiye will embark on implementing the Development Road project, adding that the relationship between the two nations will flourish much more, where economic resources will be maximized and oil flows be doubled. (QNA)
