Israeli Occupation Forces Advance into Daraa, Shell Sites in Quneitra, Southern Syria
Damascus, September 20 (QNA) - An Israeli occupation military force comprising two tanks and two vehicles advanced into the Wadi al-Raqad area in the Daraa countryside of southern Syria, coinciding with Israeli reconnaissance aircraft flying over the Yarmouk Basin area in the province.
In the central Quneitra countryside, Israeli occupation forces fired several shells at the Bir Ajam forest area, west of the village of Zubaida.
On Saturday, Israeli occupation forces fired six heavy artillery shells at Tall Bat al-Warda, near Beit Jinn in the western Damascus countryside.
Israeli occupation forces continue to violate the 1974 Disengagement Agreement through repeated incursions into southern Syria and raids, while Syria reiterates its call for the international community to act to halt these violations and compel the occupation forces to withdraw fully from its territory.
