Kuwait Declares Official Mourning, Orders Flags to Be Flown at Half-Mast Following Passing of HH the Father Amir
Kuwait, July 12 (QNA) - The State of Kuwait has declared four days of official mourning and ordered flags to be flown at half-mast nationwide and at its diplomatic missions abroad following the passing of the late HH the Father Amir of the State of Qatar, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani.
In a statement on Sunday, Kuwait's Amiri Diwan said HH the Amir of the State of Kuwait Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah had ordered four days of official mourning and flags to be flown at half-mast during the mourning period.
The Amiri Diwan prayed to Allah Almighty to bestow his mercy and forgiveness upon the late HH the Father Amir and reward him abundantly for his enduring contributions to his nation. (QNA)
