Muscat, July 01 (QNA) - Oman's Foreign Minister Badr Al Busaidi discussed via a phone call with his Dutch counterpart Tom Berendsen ways of strengthening relations between the two countries.

The two sides exchanged current regional and international situations, foremost the diplomatic efforts to continue maritime movement in the Strait of Hormuz.

The two ministers affirmed the importance of adopting practical approaches to ensure maritime security and freedom and safeguard the flow of trade and energy suppliers in accordance with the international law.

They also highlighted the importance of promoting positive cooperation, peaceful coexistence and good neighborliness between all countries bordering the Gulf. (QNA)
