Ankara, June 30 (QNA) - Turkish firefighters continued their efforts on Monday to extinguish a forest fire that broke out in an agricultural area in Izmir province, western Turkiye.
Anadolu Agency reported that the fire spread to the forest under the effect of strong winds, adding that authorities in Izmir deployed firefighting teams, along with seven aircraft, eight helicopters, 35 vehicles, and four bulldozers.
The cause of the fire has not yet been determined. (QNA)
