Beirut, June 28 (QNA) - The death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression against Lebanon, since March 2, has risen to 4,247, in addition to 12,195 injured.

In a statement, the Health Emergency Operations Center of the Lebanese Ministry of Health said that the total cumulative toll of the aggression has risen following new Israeli attacks that caused a number of deaths and injuries, noting that the number of victims has reached 4,247 dead and 12,195 injured.

The ministry reported that a sound bomb thrown by the Israeli occupation army at the town of Burj Qalawiya in the Bint Jbeil district of southern Lebanon injured two citizens.

Lebanon and Israel signed a framework agreement under US auspices, which includes security arrangements and the redeployment of the Lebanese army, as well as measures to rebuild the affected areas and revive the Lebanese economy, establish direct communication channels between the two sides, and take confidence-building measures in preparation for a lasting peace.
