Palestinian Dies of Wounds Sustained in Israeli Airstrike on Gaza City
Gaza, June 26 (QNA) - A Palestinian died on Friday of wounds sustained in an Israeli airstrike that struck Al-Nasr neighborhood west of Gaza City on Thursday.
According to the Palestinian News Agency (WAFA), citing local sources, another Palestinian was injured after Israeli occupation forces opened fire west of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip. The incident coincided with machine-gun fire from Israeli military vehicles targeting the eastern outskirts of the city.
The death toll from the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, has risen to 73,043, while the number of injured has reached 173,417.
Rescue and ambulance crews continue to face difficulties reaching several victims who remain trapped beneath the rubble or stranded in affected areas. (QNA)
