58th Session of Higher Coordination Committee for Joint Arab Action Convenes in Jordan

Amman, June 24 (QNA) - The 58th session of the Higher Coordination Committee for Joint Arab Action convened in Amman, Jordan, on Wednesday.
At the meeting hosted by the Association of Arab Universities (AArU), Secretary-General of the League of Arab States, Ahmed Aboul Gheit, raised the issues of artificial intelligence and digital revolution as key drivers of the global economy.
He also addressed the challenges of narcotics and its consequences for societal security, the health of Arab youth, and labor efficiency.
Aboul Gheit said that the coordination committee is key for Joint Arab Action and shores up integration among specialized Arab organizations, applauding progress achieved throughout the past decade in enhancing coordination and efficiency at all levels.
As the session wrapped up, Aboul Gheit thanked AArU for the incredible  preparation and organization of the Higher Coordination Committee's work and its powerful role in reinforcing the path of Arab universities and their academic programs since its inception in 1964. (QNA)
