Kuwait Condemns Repeated Iranian Missile and Drone Attacks
Kuwait, June 02 (QNA) - Kuwait's Cabinet has strongly condemned the repeated Iranian missile and drone attacks targeting Kuwaiti territory last Thursday and Monday.
During a meeting chaired by HH Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al Ahmad Al Sabah, the Cabinet said the attacks posed a direct threat to civilians and critical infrastructure, warning that they undermine ongoing international efforts to reduce regional tensions and promote stability.
Kuwait urged Iran to immediately and unconditionally halt the attacks and hold itself fully accountable for this breach of international law and UN obligations.
The Cabinet also reaffirmed Kuwait's right to take all necessary measures to protect its territory, vital facilities, and national security in accordance with international law and Article 51 of the UN Charter. (QNA)
