Doha, May 24 (QNA) - Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index jumped by 2.21% at the beginning of Sunday's trading, gaining 226.33 points to reach 10,490 points, compared to the previous session's closing, backed by all sectors.
Data from QSE showed positive performance in the Telecoms sector (+0.56%), Insurance (+1.02%), Industrials (+1.74%), Real Estate (+2.01%), Consumer Goods and Services (+2.22%), Banks and Financial Services (+2.38%), and Transportation (+3.81%).
By 10:00 am, trading turnover reached QAR 159.566 million, with 63.664 million shares traded in 5,104 transactions. (QNA)
