Oil Steady on Expectations of Lower US Inventories
London, June 10 (QNA) - Oil prices were little changed on Wednesday as renewed military confrontation between the United States and Iran clouded the market outlook, while expectations of declining US crude inventories provided support.
Brent crude futures rose 25 cents, or 0.27 percent, to $91.70 a barrel, while US West Texas Intermediate crude gained 23 cents, or 0.26 percent, to $88.43 a barrel.
Prices had moved higher earlier in the session following a renewed exchange of strikes between the United States and Iran, before easing back toward the previous session's settlement levels. (QNA)
