Abu Dhabi, May 08 (QNA) - HH President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan met on Friday with Austrian Chancellor Christian Stocker to discuss regional tensions and bilateral cooperation.
During the meeting in Abu Dhabi, the two sides discussed ways to boost joint work between the two countries, particularly in the economic, developmental, industrial, and renewable energy sectors. They also exchanged views on several issues of mutual interest, most notably developments in the Middle East and their repercussions on regional and international peace and security, as well as their impact on freedom of international navigation, energy security, and the global economy.
Both sides affirmed their shared commitment to further strengthening UAE-Austria relations, which continue to witness steady development, and to expanding the developmental partnership between the two countries in a manner that supports growth and prosperity for their nations. (QNA)
