Occupation Forces Arrest 4 Palestinian Eastern Occupied Jerusalem
Occupied Jerusalem, May 31 (QNA) - Israeli occupation forces arrested four Palestinians on Sunday at the Za'im military checkpoint east of occupied Jerusalem.
Palestinian News and Information Agency (WAFA) said that the occupation forces stopped four young men as they were passing through the checkpoint, before arresting them.
WAFA added that the occupation claimed that the young men entered the occupied city of Jerusalem without permits.
The Za'im checkpoint is witnessing strict military procedures and continuous inspection of vehicles and citizens, as part of the restrictions imposed by the occupation authorities on the movement and travel of Palestinians.
These arrests come amid a continuing escalation in the West Bank, including occupied Jerusalem, represented by raids, arrests and attacks carried out by the Israeli occupation forces and settlers, coinciding with the occupation's continued violation of the ceasefire agreement on the Gaza Strip by launching raids and attacks on various areas of the Strip.
