Gaza, April 14 (QNA) - The death toll in Gaza Strip has risen to 72,336 since the start of the Israeli military offensive on Oct. 7, 2023, according to medical sources in the territory. A further 172,213 people have been reported injured.

Officials said that in the past 24 hours, hospitals in Gaza received three people who were killed and 11 others who were wounded.

They added that since a ceasefire agreement was signed between Hamas and Israeli occupation in October last year, 757 people have been killed and 2,111 injured.

Medical sources also said that recovery teams are continuing efforts to retrieve bodies from beneath the rubble of buildings destroyed during the aggression. So far, 760 bodies have been recovered, despite limited equipment and resources. (QNA)
