Lebanese Health Ministry: Seven Killed in Two Israeli Airstrikes on South Lebanon
Beirut, April 11 (QNA) - Seven people were killed and others injured on Saturday in two Israeli airstrikes on southern Lebanon.
The Lebanese Ministry of Health said in a statement that a strike on the town of Kfar Sir, in Nabatieh district, killed four people, including a paramedic.
It added that another strike on the town of Zefta, also in Nabatieh district, killed three people, including a civil defense worker, and left several others injured.
The ministry condemned the rising number of fatalities among healthcare workers, noting that many have been killed in Israeli airstrikes while carrying out rescue operations. It also denounced the repeated targeting of medical teams as a blatant violation of international humanitarian law. (QNA)
