Jordan King, Syria President Discuss Regional Developments
Amman, March 5 (QNA) - King Abdullah II of Jordan and Syrian President Ahmed Al-Sharaa discussed regional developments in a telephone call today.
The two parties emphasized the need for de-escalation and dialogue to prevent the current crisis from worsening.
The Jordanian king reiterated his condemnation of the targeting of his country and several other countries in the region.
They also discussed developments in the West Bank and stressed the importance of reducing tensions and protecting the freedom of worshippers to access the Al-Aqsa Mosque, especially during the month of Ramadan. (QNA)
