Doha, March 28 (QNA) - HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani met on Saturday with HE Minister of Foreign Affairs, Immigration and Egyptian Expatriates of the Arab Republic of Egypt Dr. Badr Abdelatty.

The meeting addressed the developments of the military escalation in the region and its serious repercussions on regional and international security and stability, along with ways to resolve all disputes peacefully.

During the meeting, HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs stressed the need to stop the unjustified Iranian attacks on Qatar and the countries of the region, warning against the irresponsible targeting of vital infrastructure, especially those related to water, food, and energy facilities.

His Excellency also emphasized the importance of enhancing coordination, intensifying joint efforts, returning to the negotiating table, and prioritizing reason and wisdom to contain the crisis in a way that ensures global energy security, freedom of navigation, environmental safety, and the stability of the region.
