Beirut, March 13 (QNA) - Eight people were killed and nine others injured on Friday in an Israeli airstrike in southern Lebanon.
Lebanon's Ministry of Public Health said the strike targeted the Al-Fawwar area in Sidon, resulting in an initial toll of eight deaths and nine injuries.
The ministry added that the death toll from the Israeli aggression against Lebanon since March 2 has risen to 687, with 1,774 others injured. (QNA)
