Dead and Wounded in Israeli Airstrikes on Southern Lebanon
Beirut, March 13 (QNA) – Israeli warplanes have intensified their airstrikes on southern Lebanon, resulting in deaths and injuries.
The Lebanese National News Agency reported that two children were killed in an airstrike targeting a building in Ghaziyeh, and paramedics were killed in an airstrike on Sawaneh, in addition to three people killed in an airstrike targeting the city of Bint Jbeil.
Israeli warplanes launched an airstrike in the town of Jebchit in southern Lebanon, targeting dozens of residential homes, shops, and a gas station, causing widespread destruction. Civil defense and ambulance teams worked to transport some of the wounded.
Several people were also wounded in an airstrike on a house in the town of Sawaneh in southern Lebanon, and an Israeli drone carried out three airstrikes on the town of Yater, resulting in injuries.
Israeli warplanes attacked the outskirts of Burj Qalawi, the outskirts of Deir Qanoun Ras Al Ain, the Qasmiya neighborhood, and the town of Sajd in Al Tuffah highlands, among other towns.
The death toll from the Israeli aggression against Lebanon has risen to 773, with 1,933 wounded, since March 2. (QNA)
