New York, February 07 (QNA) - Major US stock indices on Wall Street closed higher at the end of the trading session.
The S&P 500 rose by 131.87 points, or 1.94 percent, to close at 6,930.27.
The Nasdaq Composite gained 485.62 points, or 2.15 percent, ending the session at 23,026.20.
Meanwhile, the Dow Jones Industrial Average advanced 1,209.81 points, or 2.47 percent, to close at 50,118.53 points. (QNA)
