At Least 20 Injured After Magnitude 5.7 Earthquake Hits Central Japan
Tokyo, November 08 (QNA) - At least 20 people were injured after a magnitude 5.7 earthquake struck western Shizuoka Prefecture in central Japan early Sunday, triggering strong tremors across several prefectures, Japanese authorities said.

Strong shaking was also recorded in parts of Shizuoka, Aichi, Gifu and Nagano prefectures, while long-period ground motion of Level 1 was observed in parts of Nagano and Aichi, according to the JMA.
