Israeli Drone Attack Hits Gaza Strip, Kills Two, Wounds Others
Gaza, October 06 (QNA) - A Palestinian was killed and another was injured Tuesday in an Israeli drone attack that hit an assembly point for people near Musab bin Umair Mosque in the Tel Al-Hawa neighborhood, southwest of Gaza City, the Palestinian Red Crescent Society said.
It added that a young Palestinian man was killed and another was wounded in the central enclave as the occupation's vehicles unleashed firepower on people east of Al-Maghazi Refugee Camp, with the occupation army conducting a massive blow-up operation west of Rafah city in the southern Strip.
Since dawn today, three Palestinians have been killed and others have been injured following airstrikes and fire salvos in multiple parts of the Gaza enclave.
The death toll in Gaza has risen to 74,245 since the start of the Israeli assault on the enclave on Oct. 7, 2023, while the number of injured has reached 175,267.
In a report, the Palestinian Ministry of Health said 1,462 Palestinians have been killed and 5,151 injured since the ceasefire took effect in October 2025. It added that the bodies of 836 Palestinians have been recovered from under the rubble. (QNA)
