Doha, January 29 (QNA) - The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts at the Department of Real Estate Registration at the Ministry of Justice during the period from Jan. 18-22, 2026, reached QAR 641,952,066.

Meanwhile the total sales contracts for residential units in the Real Estate Bulletin for the same period is QAR 74,899,796, bringing the total trading value for the week to approximately QAR 716.851 million.

The weekly bulletin issued by the Department shows that the list of real estate properties traded for sale has included vacant lands, residences, residential buildings, commercial buildings, shops, and residential units.

Sales were concentrated in the municipalities of Al Rayyan, Doha, Al Wakrah, Umm Salal, Al Daayen, Al Khor, Al Dhakhira, Al Shamal, Al-Shahaniya, as well as in the areas of The Pearl, Al Wukair, Ghar Thuailib, Al Khuraij, Lusail 69, and Al Gharrafa. (QNA)
