Kyiv/Moscow, January 21 (QNA) – Ukraine and Russia have both announced casualties resulting from their exchange of attacks.

The governor of Zaporizhzhia, a city in southeastern Ukraine, said that three people were killed in a Russian strike targeting the city, with additional fatalities reported in other areas.

The governor added that the attack also caused a power outage affecting approximately 1,500 subscribers, as Russian forces continue to intensify their strikes on Ukraine’s power grid.

Meanwhile, Russian authorities reported that Ukrainian drones targeted towns in southern Russia, injuring eight people, including a child.
