Doha, January 20 (QNA) - The Qatar Stock Exchange index closed trading higher today, up by 15.53 points, or 0.14 percent, to reach a level of 11220.22 points.

During the session, 141,905,938 shares were traded worth QR 431,724,183.801, through the execution of 23,126 transactions in all sectors.

A total of 30 companies increased in value, while 19 others declined, with 4 companies remaining unchanged.

The market capitalization at the end of trading was QR 672,173,449,904.13. (QNA)
