Kuwait, January 20 (QNA) - Kuwait is set to host the fifth edition of the Kuwait Oil and Gas Show (KOGS 2026) on February 3, organisers have announced.
The three-day event will bring together energy ministers, chief executives of leading regional and global energy companies, as well as investors, experts and representatives of international organisations.
Ahmed Al Eidan, Chief Executive Officer of Kuwait Oil Company and chairman of the conference's organizing committee, said KOGS 2026 is one of the most prominent international events in the oil, gas and energy sector. He described the conference as a strategic platform for senior government officials and industry leaders to discuss current energy challenges, explore the future of the sector, and strengthen international cooperation in sustainability, innovation and responsible development.
Al Eidan added that the event would provide Kuwait with significant regional and international media exposure, highlighting the country's role as a leading player in the energy sector and a reliable partner in global discussions on energy security and sustainability.
He said the conference would also reinforce Kuwait's image as a stable, open and investment-friendly country. (QNA)
