Doha, January 19 (QNA) - Al Wakrah defeated Al Gharafa 3-1 in their match Monday, as part of the second round of the Qatar Volleyball League for Men, which is being held at the Qatar Volleyball Association Hall with the participation of 10 clubs.

Al Wakrah secured the victory with set scores of 19-25, 25-16, 25-14, and 26-24.

Al Wakrah now lead the standings with 28 points, while Al Gharafa remain in ninth place with 4 points.

In another match, Al Rayyan defeated Al Ahli 3-0 with set scores of 25-22, 26-24, and 25-23.

Al Rayyan now have 22 points, placing them third, while Al Ahli remain in sixth place with 16 points.

The second division of the league will resume next Thursday with a single match between Al Arabi, who are in second place with 24 points, and Al Sadd, who are in last place (tenth) with two points. (QNA)
