Doha, January 16 (QNA) - Al Sailiya coach Mirghani Al Zain and Qatar SC coach Marquez Lopez spoke to the media ahead of their 2025-2026 Doha Bank Stars League Week 13 match slated for Saturday.

Mirghani Al Zain said: "We are ready for every match with the same fighting spirit. The players are at their peak psychologically and physically, and we are working on approaching each match separately."

"Qatar SC are a strong team, but we will enter the match with the ambition to win, as we always do. The team possesses the enthusiasm and desire to deliver a performance worthy of Al Sailiya’s name. I have complete confidence in my players and their ability to execute the tactical instructions on the field," he added.

For his part, Marquez Lopez said: "We are looking to achieve the best possible result in this match, because a win and the three points will propel us forward, while a loss could set us back. Therefore, we must give our best to secure the victory and claim the three points."

"All matches in the league will be extremely difficult in the coming period, not only because we are entering the second half of the season, but also because clubs have strengthened their squads during the current winter transfer window with new players, which increases the level of competition and makes the matches more challenging," added Lopez.
