Qatar Leadership Centre Celebrates Graduation of 12th Batch

Doha, April 21 (QNA) - Qatar Leadership Centre celebrated the graduation of its 12th batch, 2025, which included 142 promising leaders, including 127 graduates from the National Leadership Programs and 15 graduates from the Executive Master's in Leadership Program.

The ceremony was attended by HE Sheikha Al Mayassa bint Hamad Al-Thani, Chairperson of Qatar Leadership Centre, HE Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Ali bin Saud Al-Thani, Vice Chairperson and Managing Director; and a number of Their Excellencies the Ministers, senior state officials, faculty members, and the graduates' families.

In her remarks, HE Sheikha Al Mayassa bint Hamad Al -Thani emphasized the role of Qatar Leadership Centre in supporting the country's vision towards a knowledge-based economy by establishing a model of ethical and inspirational leadership.

Her Excellency noted that this celebration is not merely an individual honor, but rather an embodiment of a national vision that believes in the importance of building leaders. She said that leadership is not a position; it is an inspiration for others to dream, learn, and work.

Her Excellency also emphasized the values of leadership, saying that leadership is integrity in stance, courage in change, steadfastness in times of crisis, and humility in success.

HE Sheikha Al Mayassa added that this year's graduates represent an extension of Qatar's development journey, emphasizing their role in preserving the country's gains and actively contributing to achieving Qatar National Vision 2030.

Her Excellency also highlighted the country's achievements in the fields of education, economy, and diplomacy, in addition to its leadership in launching innovative initiatives, as well as Qatar's efforts to empower the Arab voice in the media, arts, and culture to be present and influential on the global stage.

Established in 2008, the Qatar Leadership Centre is a national platform for leadership development, working in partnership with leading international universities and institutes to prepare future leaders and enhance Qatar's global standing. (QNA)
