Doha, March 27 (QNA) - The Old Doha Port has announced the launch of Eid Al-Fitr celebrations with an eight-day program starting on the first day of Eid. Activities will be held in the Mina District and Mina Park, where visitors will participate in exciting events that showcase Qatari heritage, offer musical artistry, and provide family entertainment in a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere.

A statement issued by Old Doha Port on Thursday stated that from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM daily, visitors can enjoy cultural performances and activities that reflect the spirit of Eid. Guests will be welcomed by the rhythmic sounds of a traditional maritime band performing at Al-Bandar, alongside live music from different artists throughout Mina District. The District will also come alive with interactive shows for children, several play areas, and a group of family-friendly activities that will enrich visitors’ experiences.

"Our Eid celebrations embody the values of community, hospitality, and tradition that define Old Doha Port," said CEO of Old Doha Port, Engineer Mohammed Abdulla Al Mulla. "We are proud to offer a space where families can gather, culture can be experienced firsthand, and joyful memories can be made. As the marine gateway to Qatar, we aim to ensure that every celebration at the Port reflects the beauty of our nation’s story; past, present, and future", he added.

This Eid programming aligns with Old Doha Port’s mission to connect the local community and international visitors to a dynamic port where history lives, maritime tourism thrives, and culture prospers. As a landmark that celebrates Qatar’s heritage while shaping the future of regional tourism, Old Doha Port continues to foster experiences that are inclusive, memorable, and rooted in national pride.
