Doha, December 25 (QNA) - The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts at the Department of Real Estate Registration at the Ministry of Justice during the period from Dec. 14-18, 2025 reached QAR 354,255,310.

Meanwhile the total sales contracts for residential units in the Real Estate Bulletin for the same period is QAR 108,758,108, bringing the total trading value for the week to approximately QAR 463.013 million.

The weekly bulletin issued by the Department shows that the list of real estate properties traded for sale has included vacant land, residences, residential buildings, residential complexes, commercial shops, a commercial building, an administrative building, and residential units.

Sales were concentrated in the municipalities of Al Rayyan, Doha, Al Wakrah, Umm Salal, Al Daayen, Al Khor, Al Dhakhira, Al Shamal, the areas of Lusail 69, Al Wukair, The Pearl, Ghar Thuailib, Al Khuraij, Al Mashaf, Al Sakhama and Al Gharrafa.

The volume of real estate transactions in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice reached more than QAR 488 million during the period from Dec. 7-11. (QNA)
