Doha, December 17 (QNA) - HE Charge d'Affaires of the Embassy of the State of Kuwait to Qatar Mohammed Fahd Al Zoubi affirmed that Kuwait's participation in Qatar National Day celebrations comes as an embodiment and translation of the distinguished and deep-rooted bilateral relations that unite the two fraternal countries, based on a historical cooperative and coordination foundation that unites the leaderships of the two countries and their brotherly peoples.

In his remarks to Qatar News Agency (QNA) on the occasion of Qatar National Day, HE the Charge d'Affaires of the Embassy of the State of Kuwait to Qatar reiterated his congratulations and best wishes to the leadership, government, and people of Qatar on the occasion of Qatar National Day. He voiced Kuwait's wishes for the Qatari people to achieve further progress, prosperity, elevation, and success, under the wise leadership of HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, HH the Deputy Amir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Thani, and the wise government. He said that the State of Kuwait reiterates the congratulations and best wishes of HH Amir of the State of Kuwait Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, HH Crown Prince of the State of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, HH Prime Minister of the State of Kuwait Sheikh Ahmed Abdullah Al-Ahmed Al-Sabah, and the noble Kuwaiti people, on the occasion of Qatar National Day 2025, which is being celebrated this year under the theme "With You It Rises, From You It Awaits."

His Excellency added that Kuwait also celebrates with Qatar the achievements that have been made throughout this year, which included the success of Qatari mediation efforts in various regional and international conflict zones, both internal and external, not to mention the successful hosting of the emergency Arab-Islamic summit in September to discuss the Israeli strike, and the leadership of the State of Kuwait's delegation to it by the representative of HH the Amir of the State of Kuwait, HH Crown Prince of the State of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah.

HE Mohammed Fahd Al Zoubi highlighted Qatar's hosting of several international and objective events, such as the UN Second World Summit for Social Development and the adoption by the international community, with the consensus of all members of the United Nations General Assembly, of its "Doha Political Declaration." This would not have been achieved without the wise vision of the leadership of this fraternal country, its wise government and its loyal people. (QNA)
