London, November 07 (QNA) - Visit Qatar has successfully concluded its participation at World Travel Market (WTM) London 2025, held from 4 - 6 November at ExCeL London.

The international exhibition served as a key platform to highlight Qatar's tourism offering and the country's growing position as a global tourism destination.

Visit Qatar led a delegation of 48 partners, including new corporate participants Qatar Rail, Sidra Medicine, Aspetar, and Qatar Creates, alongside leading hospitality and destination partners.

The pavilion showcased Qatar's diverse tourism offerings through an impressive 700 sqm, two-level pavilion, complemented by a 150 sqm mezzanine dedicated to trade meetings and business engagements.

It featured immersive cultural activations and a dedicated Qatar Calendar experience, which highlighted the nation's growing line-up of world-class events and festivals.

This year's edition of WTM London saw a series of major milestones for Qatar, including the announcement of a new strategic partnership between Visit Qatar and Experience Oman to promote multi-destination travel. Visit Qatar also held several key engagements, notably a strategic meeting with Almosafer (part of Seera Group) to advance joint marketing initiatives and develop tailored travel products for the Saudi market, one of Qatar's key source markets.

The Qatar Pavilion also welcomed senior delegations from the Saudi Tourism Authority and the Jordan Tourism Board, reaffirming shared ambitions to strengthen regional tourism collaboration and boost cross-market travel.

Further strengthening its global partnerships, Qatar Tourism signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Forbes Travel Guide to enhance hospitality standards through professional development programmes, service benchmarking, and global accreditation initiatives, further reinforcing Qatar's commitment to service excellence.

In addition, Qatar Tourism joined the expanded Cruise Arabia Alliance, marking an important step towards strengthening the Gulf region's position as a world-class cruise destination.

Visit Qatar's participation at WTM London 2025 underscores the nation's commitment to showcasing its cultural heritage, hospitality, and evolving visitor experiences to global audiences, in line with Qatar's long-term tourism development goals. (QNA)
