Brussels, February 09 (QNA) - European stocks rose at the start of trading Thursday.
The pan-European Stoxx 600 index opened 0.4 percent higher to 619.94 points.
Germany's DAX index also climbed 0.7 percent to to 24,908.41 points at the start of trading.
UK's FTSE 100 index advanced 0.3 percent to 10,403.78 points, while France's CAC 40 index rose 0.2 percent to open at 8,291.03 points. (QNA)
