Kuwait, May 06 (QNA) - Kuwait Bourse closed trading on Wednesday up as the All Share Index gained 35.54 points to reach 8,906.53 points, an increase of 0.40 percent.

As many as 631.19 million shares valued at KWD 132.6 million (roughly USD 405.7 million) were traded via 33,326 transactions.

The Main Market Index went up by 25.85 points or 0.30 percent to reach 8,602.02 points, through 425.8 million shares done via 21,126 transactions valued at KWD 66.6 million (roughly USD 203.7 million).

The Premier Market Index gained 39.46 points or 0.42 percent to reach 9,433.51 points, through 205.3 million shares done via 12,200 transactions valued at KWD 65.9 million (roughly USD 201.6 million).

Meanwhile, the Bourse Main 50 Index increased by 64.60 points or 0.69 percent to reach 9,477.83 points, through stock volume of 335.9 million shares done in 16,047 deals at a value of KWD 53.14 million (roughly USD 162.6 million). (QNA)
