Gaza, July 4 (QNA) - Four Palestinians were martyred and others wounded in Israeli artillery shelling Friday on a gathering of citizens waiting for aid near the Wadi Gaza Bridge in the central Gaza Strip.

Medical sources in Gaza said that with the four martyrs, the number of aid-seekers killed since the early hours of this morning has risen to approximately 70, confirming that they include children and women.

Earlier Friday, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza said that hospitals in the Gaza Strip had received 62 martyrs and more than 300 wounded aid-seekers in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of those killed in the struggle for a living to 714 and more than 4,837 wounded. (QNA)
