Beijing, September 30 (QNA) - An earthquake measuring 5.5 on the Richter scale struck the coast of eastern Taiwan, China, on Wednesday.
China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC) reported that the earthquake occurred at a depth of 10 kilometers. The epicenter was monitored at 23.77 degrees north latitude and 122.96 degrees east longitude.
There were no immediate reports of casualties or material damage from the earthquake. (QNA)
