Russian Attacks on Ukraine Kill 4
Kiev, July 03 (QNA) - Ukrainian authorities announced that four people were killed and several others injured in Russian attacks targeting the Sumy Oblast and Dnipropetrovsk Oblast regions in northeastern and central Ukraine.
Head of the regional military administration Oleh Hryhorov, head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, said that a drone attack on the town of Romny killed four people.
He said Russian forces struck a residential building, and the victims included an elderly man, two women, and a young girl. Three other people were injured.
In a separate attack, a missile strike on the city of Kryvyi Rih in the Dnipropetrovsk region injured seven people, according to local officials.
The war between Russia and Ukraine has intensified noticeably in recent days, with both sides exchanging strikes on oil facilities and critical infrastructure in their respective countries, resulting in casualties and material damage. (QNA)
