QSE Index Opens Lower
Doha, July 28 (QNA) - Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) general index fell by 9.59 points, or 0.1%, at the start of Tuesday's trading, down to 10,075.8 points, under pressure from two sectors.
The market data showed declines in the sectors of Industrials (-0.47%) and Banks and Financial Services (-0.05%), while the market showed an increase in Insurance (+0.43%), Transportation (+0.37%), Consumer Goods and Services (+0.36%), Real Estate (+0.13%), and Telecoms (+0.02%).
At 10:00 a.m., QSE recorded 3,415 transactions worth QR 44.92 million, distributed across 29.14 million shares. (QNA)
