GCC Strongly Condemns Iranian Attacks on Bahrain, Kuwait
Riyadh, June 28 (QNA) - The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) strongly condemned the Iranian attacks on the Kingdom of Bahrain and the State of Kuwait using ballistic missiles and drones.
In a statement issued on Sunday, GCC Secretary-General Jasem Mohamed AlBudaiwi said that these treacherous attacks constitute a direct threat to the security, stability, and safety of citizens and residents in Bahrain and Kuwait, and a clear violation of international law and the UN Charter.
He noted that these attacks undermine international and regional efforts aimed at establishing security and peace and resolving the crisis.
The GCC affirmed its support for all measures taken by the Kingdom of Bahrain and the State of Kuwait to strengthen their security, safeguard their sovereignty, and preserve the integrity of their territories. (QNA)
