The tournament draw placed the Qatari representatives in Groups A and B. Qatar SC will play against Al-Seeb of Oman, Al-Masafi Al-Shamal of Iraq, Tadjenanet of Algeria, Al-Suwaihli of Libya, and Espérance Sportive de Tunis of Tunisia.
