European Stocks Decline at Opening
Brussels, September 24 (QNA) - European stock indices opened lower on Thursday, impacted by rising oil prices and increasing sovereign bond yields, along with growing expectations of tighter monetary policy from major central banks.
Among the major European markets, the French CAC 40 index in Paris fell by 0.35%, while the German DAX index in Frankfurt declined by 0.52%.
In London, the British FTSE 100 index dropped by 0.30%, while the Italian FTSE MIB index in Milan fell by 0.47%. (QNA)
