Doha, February 24 (QNA) - The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index closed Tuesday's trading higher by 7.51 points, or 0.07 percent, to settle at 11,289.75 points.

During the session, a total of 133,238,618 shares were traded, with a value of QAR 466,973,613.275, through 29,501 transactions across all sectors.

Shares of 25 companies rose during the session, while 25 others declined. Three companies maintained their previous closing prices.

At the end of the trading session, the market capitalization stood at QAR 672,417,296,185.620, compared to QAR 672,172,685,207.188 in the previous session. (QNA)
