Riyadh, April 22 (QNA) - The main Saudi stock index closed on Wednesday down by 99.97 points, reaching 11,244.99 points, with trading valued at SAR 4.9 billion.

During the trading session, 280 million shares were traded. The shares of 76 companies rose in value, while the shares of 176 companies declined.

The parallel Saudi stock market index (Nomu) closed down 1.18 points, reaching 22,861.47 points, with trading valued at SAR 15 million and a volume of over 2 million shares traded. (QNA)
