Madrid, November 19 (QNA) Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez announced a new, 615 million military aid package for Ukraine to support Kyiv in its ongoing conflict with Russia, which began in February 2022.

Sanchez stated during a joint press conference with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in Madrid that Spain had informed Ukraine it would allocate a new €615 million military support program next month.

Zelensky had announced on Monday that his country had signed a deal with France to acquire 100 Rafale fighter jets as part of his efforts to bolster the country's long-term military capabilities. (QNA)
