Oil Prices Rise at Settlement
New York, November 18 (QNA) - Oil prices rose at settlement on Tuesday as traders assessed the impact of Western sanctions on Russian crude flows.
Brent crude gained 69 cents, or 1.07 percent, to close at $64.89 a barrel.
US West Texas Intermediate crude rose 83 cents, or 1.39 percent, to $60.74 a barrel.
Futures for US crude briefly climbed more than a dollar in afternoon trading, hitting a session high of $60.92, after President Trump announced he would conduct interviews to select a new Federal Reserve chair. (QNA)
