Qatar's Rental Market Sees Strong Growth in 2025
Doha, April 01 (QNA) - Qatar's real estate rental market has shown strong growth, supported by rising activity and sustained demand, the Public Authority for Real Estate Regulatory Affairs (Aqarat) has said.
In a post on its X account, Aqarat reported that the number of rental contracts signed in 2025 has exceeded the levels recorded in 2024 across all quarters, reflecting widespread improvement in the rental market.
The authority said the third quarter of 2025 saw the highest annual growth rate of about 12.6%, while the fourth quarter rose by around 6.9%, reaching a record 35,917 contracts.
Aqarat noted that this broad-based growth in the rental sector reinforces Qatar's position as an attractive destination for investment and residence, reflecting increasing confidence in the country's regulatory and legislative framework for real estate. (QNA)
