Doha, August 18 (QNA) - The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index closed Tuesday's trading session lower by 44.14 points, or 0.45 percent, reaching 9,848.1 points.
A total of 116,115,309 shares were traded during the session, with a total value of QAR 364,378,237.055 through 31,251 transactions across all sectors.
The shares of 12 companies advanced, whereas those of 35 others declined, while the shares of five companies remained unchanged.
At the close of trading, market capitalization stood at QAR 592,502,812,267.322 compared to QAR 594,853,874,255.380 in the previous session. (QNA)
